 Judy Willis and Lisa Acup, Windup Collaborative Partners, researched the market and competitors, conducted a video brainstorming session with Jigsaw team members, interviewed current Jigsaw customers, and developed a comprehensive brand promise that differentiates Jigsaw from others in the virtual learn and collaboration space. The brand promise is strong yet flexible for use with a variety of brand attributes.

This is a promise that Jigsaw delivers intrinsically in every customer interaction.

But, it also works as a dynamic, delivery mechanism that serves up detailed benefit statements that can be customized for a variety of communications by dropping in the appropriate benefit for any given audience, such as “Changing how the World learns and collaborates through personalized learning,” or “Changing how the World learns and collaborates through empowering leaders,” etc.

The brand promise was approved by the Board of Directors and Investors and has been rolled out successfully over the last nine months. Jigsaw has increased its number of corporate customers and virtual education institutions.
